We offer a wide range of support for anyone worried about their own or somebody else’s substance/alcohol use. We offer advice and guidance to individuals and family members through rapid, open access assessment leading to support and treatment. Our aim is to provide the kind of support that allows people to make positive changes in their lives and make recovery a real possibility.
We are a charity that supports people to change their lives for the better.
We provide help and support to adults, children, young people and families. Our services cover a wide variety of areas including health and wellbeing, substance use, mental health, criminal justice, domestic abuse and homelessness.
The Consortium is a member based charitable company – established and incorporated as a company in October 2011 and registered as a charity in December 2012. The organisations that make up the consortium are drawn from the Voluntary Charity and Faith Sector across Lancashire and the North West.
The work of the Consortium benefits children, families and adults of all ages in the local community in Lancashire and the North West.
Delivery of provision, through our member organisations, is taking place in some of the most deprived communities with a focus on vulnerable residents within those communities.
